UMS Faculty of Psychology Achieves 98.3% Management Satisfaction Rate in 2024–2025 Survey


The Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) has once again recorded an outstanding achievement in its faculty management satisfaction survey for the 2024–2025 academic year. The survey, which engaged a diverse range of stakeholders—including students, lecturers, educational staff, alumni, employers, and community partners—reveals a remarkably high level of satisfaction regarding the faculty’s institutional governance.

The survey data indicates that 65.9% of respondents reported being “Very Satisfied,” while 32.4% stated they were “Satisfied” with the faculty’s management. Meanwhile, the “Fairly Satisfied” category accounted for a mere 1.7%, and notably, zero respondents reported being “Dissatisfied” or “Very Dissatisfied.” Overall, these figures reflect an overwhelmingly positive satisfaction rate of 98.3%.

This satisfaction survey serves not only as a crucial benchmark for administrative success but also as a reliable foundation for continuous evaluation to solidify a culture of quality within the UMS Faculty of Psychology. Driven by these stellar results, the faculty remains steadfast in its commitment to pursuing continuous innovation and sustainable improvements, fully supporting UMS’s vision of becoming a world-class university grounded in Islamic values.
